In the Kitchen with The Master

A Michelin star is not awarded for a dish. It is awarded for consistency — for the repetition of excellence across hundreds of services, across seasons, across years. The knowledge that produces that consistency is what we give you access to. Not a demonstration. Not a show. A real session in a working kitchen, with a chef who has earned the right to teach.

We arrange nothing that is staged for tourists. Every kitchen we work with receives guests as they receive their own brigade — with the same standards, the same ingredients, and the same seriousness. You will leave with techniques you can use, a recipe book written by the chef, and a relationship with food that no restaurant meal can give you.

Michelin kitchen preparation

"Cooking is not a performance. It is a discipline — and like all disciplines, it rewards those who submit to its instruction."

Culinary Sessions — Complete

Private Kitchen Masterclass

Private Kitchen Masterclass

A half or full day in a Michelin-starred kitchen — working alongside the chef through a structured curriculum of techniques, from knife skills to sauce construction.

Fire & Technique

Fire & Technique

An intensive session focused entirely on heat — understanding caramelisation, Maillard reaction, reduction, and the precise control of temperature that separates good cooking from great.

Garden to Table

Garden to Table

A private morning harvesting from the chef's kitchen garden or a local market — followed by a structured session on building a menu entirely from what is freshest and most seasonal.

Herb & Spice Atelier

Herb & Spice Atelier

A dedicated session with a culinary botanist and a Michelin chef — exploring the aromatic palette of European cuisine, from Provençal herbs to the spice routes of southern Italy.

Signature Dish Creation

Signature Dish Creation

Work with the chef to create a dish that is entirely your own — from concept to execution, using the techniques and knowledge developed during the masterclass.

Wine & Food Pairing Session

Wine & Food Pairing Session

A dedicated pairing session led jointly by the chef and a sommelier — understanding how flavour compounds interact across plate and glass, and how to construct a menu that elevates both.

Private Dinner Experience

Private Dinner Experience

The masterclass culminates in a private dinner — the dishes you have prepared, plated by the chef, served at table with curated wines. An extraordinary conclusion to the day.

Destination Cuisine Journey

Destination Cuisine Journey

A multi-day culinary itinerary combining market visits, estate lunches, and private masterclasses across a single destination — Provence, Tuscany, or the Basque Country.

Where We Work

The Kitchens & Destinations

Provence

A two-Michelin-starred chef working in Les Baux-de-Provence — specialising in the aromatic, vegetable-driven cuisine of the garrigue and the olive groves.

Tuscany

A Florentine chef with a focus on the forgotten techniques of Renaissance cooking — pasta, offal, and the precise execution of cucina povera elevated to fine dining.

Paris

A three-Michelin-starred kitchen on the Left Bank — one of the most technically rigorous private masterclass experiences available in France.

Basque Country

The birthplace of nueva cocina española. A private session with a founding-generation Basque chef in San Sebastián — the city with the most Michelin stars per capita on earth.

Amsterdam

A two-Michelin-starred Dutch chef known for North Sea ingredients and Nordic technique — an extraordinary encounter with the new European kitchen.

Athens

A contemporary Greek chef whose cuisine bridges ancient Hellenic tradition and modern Mediterranean technique — in a private kitchen above the Aegean.
