Supplier Code of Conduct

Last Updated: January 2025

Extravangarde Unique partners exclusively with artisans, venues, and service providers who share our uncompromising commitment to excellence, discretion, and ethical business practices. This Code of Conduct outlines the minimum standards we require from all our global partners.

1. Discretion and Confidentiality

The privacy of our clients is paramount. Suppliers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the identity of our clients, the nature of the events, and any proprietary information shared during the course of our partnership. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are mandatory for all engagements.

2. Quality and Craftsmanship

We expect the highest level of craftsmanship and service delivery. Materials must be ethically sourced, and services must be executed with precision. Any deviation from agreed-upon standards must be communicated immediately to the Extravangarde production team.

3. Ethical Labor Practices

Suppliers must ensure fair labor practices, including fair compensation, safe working conditions, and strict prohibition of forced or child labor. We expect our partners to foster inclusive and respectful work environments.

4. Environmental Responsibility

While we operate in the luxury sector, we are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint. We favor suppliers who implement sustainable practices, reduce waste, and prioritize eco-friendly materials without compromising on quality.

Compliance & Reporting

Failure to adhere to these principles may result in the immediate termination of our partnership. To report a violation or discuss compliance, please contact our vendor relations team at vendors@extravangarde.com.
